Are your locks insurance approved?
Yes. We fit British Standard BS3621 mortice locks and TS007 anti-snap cylinders, which is what most home insurers ask for. Keep the receipt we give you for your policy.
I've just been burgled. What should I do?
Call the police first and get a crime reference number, then call us. We'll secure the property the same day, repair the door and frame, fit new locks, and give you a written report for your insurance claim.
Are you a real local locksmith?
Our engineers are based in and around Cambridge, which is how we get to you fast. They're DBS-checked, fully insured, and carry ID.
Will you damage my door to get in?
Almost never. Our engineers are trained in non-destructive entry and open the vast majority of locks without any damage. If a lock does have to be drilled, we tell you first, agree the price, and fit a new one on the spot.
Do you do car keys?
No. We're a residential and commercial locksmith and we don't cut or programme vehicle keys. For a car lockout you'll want an auto locksmith; for anything to do with your home or business, we're your people.

No. You pay for the work, not for us turning up. We quote a fixed price before we start, and that's the price you pay.
